Contacting Your Camper

We encourage you to write to your child before and during the Summer Youth Program. All correspondence, including regular mail, e-mail and faxes will be delivered to your child during rest hour on the day it arrives.

If there is an urgent message, please call our office at 218-353-7414 or 800-523-2733.

U.S. Mail

It usually takes 2 - 3 days for mail to arrive at Wolf Ridge. You can send letters to your camper using the following address:

Your Camper’s Name
Summer Youth Program
Wolf Ridge ELC
6282 Cranberry Road
Finland, MN 55603-9700

Faxes

You may also contact your child through fax at 218-353-7762. Please be sure to indicate that your child is participating in the Summer Youth Program on the message.

E-mail

A message can be delivered to your child through e-mail at the following address: mail@wolf-ridge.org. Please include the words "Summer Youth Program" and your child's full name at the beginning of the message. Campers do not have access to computers, so they will not be able to respond through e-mail. E-mail messages are checked for the last time at noon on the day before departure. Any messages received after that time may not be delivered and may not be returned to the sender. To ensure that your message is received, please be sure to send it before noon on the day before departure.

Phone Calls

Participants are generally unavailable to make or receive telephone calls. The schedule keeps them busy and telephones are limited at Wolf Ridge. Please feel free to call our office during business hours to check in with the directors of the program, but realize that you will not be able to speak with your child at that time.
