Seasons Mural
Susan VanKekerix of William Kelley Elementary School in Silver Bay, MN ties her first grader's phenology experience together with a class mural. The kids learn a little bit about what phenology is, then brainstorm and create a mural from their favorite signs of spring, fall, summer, and winter. One of her class murals is shown below.
