Bird Banding

See local songbirds up close as you watch, and sometimes participate in, the bird banding process. Learn about the importance of bird banding and what scientists are learning with this study method.

Bird Banding takes place at the Forest Ecology Building, about a mile and a half up the driveway. Take a left at the Forest Ecology sign, then the first right to the building. Call to confirm if the weather is dicey.
